The Grey Stone house in Sharon, CT was originally a small cottage in the woods. The home is owned by award winning architect Scot Samuelson who designed the project. An addition and alterations were completed using cedar wood shingle siding, intergrated gutters and custom millwork and Mouldings throughout. A unique Port-Cochere was added to the exterior of the house adding a convenient way to access the home. The custom home featured radiant heating systems, custom cabinetry and mortised door locks. Scot Samuelson added many personal touches that make this project stand out.
